We currently ship within the United States. Below are our processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• Delivery windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact support@ixsvmn-hv.myshopify.com and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; if a package is returned to us we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
